Woodblock Print from 'Thirty Six Tokyo Restaurants' series The Yaozen restaurant in Shintorigoe
[Japan] From the wonderful series by Toyohara Kunichika (1835-1900), this woodblock print shows the geisha named Osen holding what looks like some material, possibly an obi or sash for a kimono.
