Large Format Photo of Western Houses in Nagasaki Superb image inscribed on rear
[Japan] A very impressive photo showing large Western-style houses in Nagasaki. A Western man (presumably German) can be seen in a rickshaw along with a rickshawman and a Western lady with a parasol is standing nearby. Another Japanese man can be seen carrying a load of two buckets and people are visible standing on the verandahs of the buildings. Inscribed on the rear in German something like, 'A part of the city of Nagasaki, Japan which is situated near the pedestrian bridge'.
