Inga no Oguruma [Karma] translated by Suzuki Daisetsu (Teitarō)

[Japan] The very scarce Japanese edition of Karma published by Hasegawa Takejirō. The book is titled, 'Inga no Oguruma' in Japanese, was translated by the well-known Buddhist scholar, Suzuki Daisetsu (1870-1966), and corrected by his master, Shaku Soyen (1860-1919). Three editions of Karma on crepe paper were published by Hasegawa (1st edition in 1895, 2nd & 3rd editions in 1896), each with different illustrations, before this plain paper edition in Japanese that seldom appears. It is the first copy we have had.
