A Guide for Cultivators of the Japanese Morning Glory by Rokumonya, Tokyo
[Japan] Wonderful, unrecorded booklet, by Niikura Seizō with a nice, woodblock printed cover. The booklet explains how Japanese morning glories (asagao) should be grown and taken care of. The booklet also comes with a single leaf price-list of morning glory seeds sold by the company Rokumonya, presumably a nursery and/or seller of seeds based in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
Tokyo. Nomura Sōjurō (Tokyo Tsukiji Type Foundry). 1894.
7 leaves + 1 separate leaf. 12.8 x 9.7cm.
