Large Format Photo of Yokohama Creek Side with piano seller/tuner J.G. Doering sign visible
[Japan] Excellent, large format photo of the creek next to Motomachi in Yokohama and with the sign and entrance to the shop of piano importer, tuner, and repairer, J.G. Doering, who took over from Keil & Co. in 1882. On the sign, we can see the words, 'late Keil & Co' so that would indicate the photo was taken after 1882 but before he moved in the 1890s. Titled, 'No. 310 CREEK SIDE YOKOHAMA' at lower left in negative.
