Superbly hand-coloured, this appears to be from a series of Yokohama photos taken by a very talented, but unidentified photographer. Labelled 'NO. 16. CITY OF YOKOHAMA' and 'NO.17. CITY OF YOKOHAMA' respectively at lower right in negative.
