Kimono Design Book by Kaigai Tennen with 40 numbered designs of hakama for ladies
[Japan] Lovely, woodblock printed design book by Kaigai Tennen that we cannot find a reference to. There is a 3-volume work with the same title that was published by Unsodo in 1900, but our book was clearly published by Unsodo in 1898. Titled, 'Tennen Hyakkaku' ['One Hundred Works by Tennen'], this book focuses on designs of ladies' hakama which are numbered 1 to 40. The block carver was Wada Sutematsu and the printer was Tadokorō Rikimatsu.
