[Japan] Striking advertising poster for Mitsuwa Soap designed by Kinugawa Shizuo (1895-1962). Kinugasa became the vice-president of Mitsuwa Soap and became well known for his innovative advertising methods.

In very good condition. Creases at folds, probably as issued. Minor loss to lower left corner. The top portion of the poster is affixed to a larger sheet of soft card and is captioned in Engish, 'No.38 SHIZUO KINUGASA SOAP 1930', indicating the poster was probably exhibited at some point.
