Goodwin, The Yonezawa Dialect by C.H. Dallas, Copper Bells, Japanese Wood, a Visit to Okinawa, Arrow Poison used by Ainu, The Bonin [Ogasawara] Islands, Cotton, Japanese Heraldry, a Trip to Vries Island [Izu Oshima], The Introduction of Tobacco to Japan by Satow, and many others. Some articles illustrated and one with actual photograph.

 

Vol. III - Part I from 14th Oct. - 23rd Dec 1874. Vol. III - Part II from 13th Jan - 30th Jun 1875. Vol. IV - from 20th Oct 1875 - 12th Jul 1876, Vol. V - Part I from 25th Oct 1876 - 27th Jun 1877. Vol. VI - Part 1 from 27 Oct 1877 - 26th Jan 1878. Each approx. 22.6 x 14.6cm. Each approx. 150-200pp.

All in very good condition. 'Royal Society of Victoria - Melbourne' stamps (We contacted the Society and they believe these were sold pre-1950 in order to make space). Minor wear and some stray marks. One volume has minor loss to final blank endpaper. Otherwise very good. b34061221
