[Japan] with other documents on the English trading settlement in Japan in the seventeenth century. Uncommon in the trade, an important work containing numerous letters by William Adams, Richard Cocks, John Saris, William Eaton, Richard Wickham, John Jourdain, John Osterwick, and others. The book was edited by Naojiro Murakami (1868-1966) and Kengo Murakawa (1875-1946).
