Somoku Kacho Zue Lovely woodblock printed book of birds and flowers
[Japan] A very nice orihon with 12 diptychs of kachoga or bird and flower designs. A larger book with the same title was published in 1878 by Ogura Magobei but our book is smaller and has no publishing information. Still a very nice book and the detail is superb.
