[Japan] Scarce, early booklet describing a visit to one of the main silk districts in Japan. Adams was accompanied by a man named Wilkinson as well as three French men, E. Piquet, P. Brunat, and J. Davison. Paul Brunat helped to establish the Tomioka Silk Mill in 1872. Signed by Adams on cover at top right.
