[Japan] Lovely, scarce guidebook published by The Welcome Society which was founded in 1893 by Eiichi Shibusawa and was the forerunner to the Japan Travel Bureau (JTB). Illustrated and with numerous advertisements of the day. The first edition of this guidebook was published in 1905 and this is the 8th edition, revised, of 1910.

In good to very good condition. Paper spine covering with some loss and chipping. Top of spine starting to separate but binding holding well. Internally very good and both maps are very good. b34011105
