Illustrations of Japanese Life on crepe paper by Ogawa Kazumasa
[Japan] Very nice example of a Kazumasa Ogawa photograph book printed on crepe paper. The photos are described by Takashima Suteta. Numerous versions were published with a variety of photos. Decorative covers and 12 full-page, colour, collotype photos showing various scenes of life in Japan. Ogawa thanks photographers Tamamura Kozaburo, Kajima Seibei and William Burton for some of the photos in the book.
