Chinese - Japanese Cook Book By Sara Bosse & Onoto Watanna
Probably the first cook book containing Japanese recipes in English. Bosse and Watanna (the pen name of Winnifred Eaton) were actually sisters whose father was British and mother Chinese. Watanna was a successful writer who penned a number of Japan-themed books without ever having visited Japan herself.
