Hokusai Manga Volume 12 Unusual folding orihon format
One of the best volumes of Hokusai's famous 15-volume series. This particular volume with some of his best, weirdest work and interesting for its format. Unlike the standard books that have space between each diptych, this folding version shows the complete and uncloured images without gaps. Very nice impressions.
No publishing info except Preface dated Tempo 5 (1834). Probably a Meiji era edition.
62pp. 20.5 x 12.3cm (when closed).
In very good condition. Pages have minor wear and darkening to lower corners but are still very good.
