Appears to be the author's draft copy of this rare book. This volume concerns breast disease and talks about the pros and cons of removing damaged tissue by excision versus treatment using acupuncture. The unusual and fascinating images are hand drawn on very fine Japanese paper and pasted in. Author's neat notes in red. From this manuscript, it can be assumed that woodblock printed copies were then made.
With age wear to covers. Some darkening to pages. Overall very good.
