Very early pair of English-Japanese vocabulary books by Ishibashi Masakata & Nakayama Takekazu
One of the earliest English-Japanese vocabulary and phrase books published in Japan. The Japanese title is, 'Eigo sen'.

Vol.1 - 92pp. Vol. 2 - 44pp. Each 17.6 x 12.2cm.
In very good condition. Covers worn and volume 1 has dark mark at top of front cover with some minor loss to top of title slip. Internally very good with no worming. Previous owner's name on rear cover (Nonaka) as well as some of his practice writing on the final page of volume 1.
