Shooting Licence Issued in Yokohama Kanagawa prefectural office
Issued to First Lieutenant Arthur William Moore (1847-1934) of the HMS Charybdis when he was 32 years old. He went on to become an admiral. The one-year licence is written in English and French on one side and Japanese on the other.
